How to Use:

1. Pick a bigger size absorbent cotton than BGA IC with tweezers and dip it into the removing liquid. Then cover it evenly on BGA IC chip which is in need of glue removal.

2. Place a plastic bag or film on the top and cover the PCB board.

3. Wait for about 20 minutes.

4. Redo step 1 to step 3.

5. To remove the softened sealing glue in the outside of the BGA IC chip with tweezers. Please pay attention to avoid damaging routes surrounding BGA and copper foil circuit around the main board when removing the glue.

6. Heat up the chip with an air tool (300 deg.C). The glue in the bottom will get melt and soften by heat.

7. To remove the chip with a tweezers or cutter

 എങ്ങനെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം:

 1. ട്വീസറുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബിജിഎ ഐസിയേക്കാൾ വലിയ വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള ആഗിരണം ചെയ്യാവുന്ന കോട്ടൺ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന ദ്രാവകത്തിൽ മുക്കുക.  പശ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ബിജിഎ ഐസി ചിപ്പിൽ തുല്യമായി മൂടുക.

 2. മുകളിൽ ഒരു പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് ബാഗ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഫിലിം വയ്ക്കുക, പിസിബി ബോർഡ് മൂടുക.

 3. ഏകദേശം 20 മിനിറ്റ് കാത്തിരിക്കുക.

 4. ഘട്ടം 1 മുതൽ ഘട്ടം 3 വരെ വീണ്ടും ചെയ്യുക.

 5. ട്വീസറുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബിജിഎ ഐസി ചിപ്പിന്റെ പുറത്തുള്ള മൃദുവായ സീലിംഗ് പശ നീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ.  പശ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ പ്രധാന ബോർഡിന് ചുറ്റുമുള്ള BGA, കോപ്പർ ഫോയിൽ സർക്യൂട്ട് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ചുറ്റുമുള്ള കേടുപാടുകൾ ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിന് ദയവായി ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.

 6. ഒരു എയർ ടൂൾ (300 deg.C) ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ചിപ്പ് ചൂടാക്കുക.  അടിയിലെ പശ ചൂടിൽ ഉരുകുകയും മൃദുവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
